If I launch h.u.m.a.n. healthy vending machines in a new geographical area does that grant me exclusivity to the particular neighborhood, city, or region? | As long as you start-off with at least ten h.u.m.a.n. healthy vending machines in your route, we grant you the exclusive rights to operate h.u.m.a.n. healthy vending machines in your particular geographical area (assuming no one else has claimed the area before you). This exclusivity lasts as long as you either i) agree to operate all new top-tier locations in your area that request h.u.m.a.n. services, or you ii) continually expand your network by mutually-agreed upon number of machines every six to twelve months. The exact size of the region is determined at the time of contract signing and completely depends on your capabilities as a vending operator. We have every reason for you to keep your exclusive rights in your area as long as you continue to promote h.u.m.a.n. and grow your vending network. We give you a first right of refusal on all new locations in your area, and only when you decline such locations do we offer them to other vending operators. It is our goal to set you up for optimal success and we'll do everything we can to ensure that this occurs.
