Schools:
As a school you really have two different options regarding who will operate your healthy vending machines. The first choice is to have a group of students be responsible for the machine through our Young Entrepreneurs program. This a great option if your school would like the opportunity to give students some real-world business experience. By operating the machines, ordering products, making sure the machines are always stocked, and collecting monies, students learn very valuable business lessons which they can apply later in life. Often times schools do not teach students enough real-world, everyday lessons. With this program, that can change. Via h.u.m.a.n.'s Young Entrepreneurs program, students will learn about accounting and bookkeeping, general business operations, marketing, and much more. This is a great program for student councils, econ groups, sports teams, or anyone else looking to raise funds or learn what it takes to run your own business. In the case of the Young Entrepreneurs program, schools can choose how they'd like to split the revenues with the students. Often times, schools will allow the student group to keep all of the money for class functions and events. Alternatively, some schools give students school credit for this venture. But it's totally up to you!
The other option is simply to have a faculty member or a member of the maintenance staff operate the machines.
Other Locations:
You simply need someone who is responsible, detail-oriented, and trustworthy. It's not rocket science! Additionally, you need to make sure you have some storage room to keep excess inventory that does not fit in the machine.
