• Limited amount of high-glycemic carbohydrates

Go! (Immediate Energy)

• Low calories foods consisting primarily of all-natural, high-glycemic carbohydrates, with low-glycemic carbohydrates
• Very limited refined sugars (negligible)
• Low fat content to ensure rapid nutrient absorption
• Emphasis on faster absorbing proteins such as whey concentrate and whey isolated
• Caffeinated products available upon client request, otherwise stimulant-free
